Terms of Use

Endzone Analyst helps flag football teams upload game film, clip and tag plays, draw on film, analyse tendencies, build call sheets, and invite approved guest coaches to review chosen clips in the Coach's Room.

You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least [minimum age] to hold an account.

A team owner creates the team and decides who joins. Roles are owner, admin, coach, analyst, viewer and player. Owners, admins, coaches and analysts can tag and edit; every role except player can add film; players and viewers can view and print. Only owners and admins manage members.

• Only upload film you have the right to use.
• Get permission from the people who can be identified in your film. For anyone under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before uploading or sharing film with a guest coach.
• When you invite a guest coach, you choose the clips they see. You are responsible for that choice and may cancel the invitation at any time.
• Your team controls its film, tags, drawings, notes and saved reviews, and can delete them.

Guest coaches apply through the coach application. Only coaches approved by the Endzone platform admin can be invited. An invitation lasts 7 days. When you accept, you agree that:

• You will see only the clips the host team chose, for up to 7 days. Film plays through links that expire after 10 minutes.
• Anything you record (voice, drawings, film position) and your notes are shared with the host team's coaching staff only.
• Recordings are deleted 5 days after you submit, unless the team saves a clip to its library. They are deleted straight away if the team cancels the invitation or you decline it, and the team can delete them at any time.
• Review in confidence: do not share, download, copy or record the film.

Host teams can report or block a guest coach. The platform admin may suspend or remove a coach who breaks these terms.

During the beta every team has access to all features at no cost. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page. Card payments are not live; see the refund policy. Free limits apply only after notice.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, try to access another team's data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing the address below. A team owner can delete the team's film and games.

We may update these terms and will show material changes in the app before they apply. Governing law: [governing law and courts — to be confirmed by a lawyer].
