Privacy Policy

• Account: email address, display name, and the basic profile Google or Apple shares when you sign in with them.
• Team: team name and details, members, their roles and invitations.
• Film: game film and a small still-frame thumbnail per film, clip tags, drawings on film, notes, film discussion and call sheets.
• Coach's Room: invitations, which clips were chosen, review progress, guest recordings (voice, drawings and film position), written notes and action plans, an activity log of review steps, and any reports or blocks.
• Coach applications: name, coaching role, country, languages, bio, credentials, photo and consents.
• Contact form: your email, topic and message, plus a scrambled one-way code of your internet address used only to limit spam.
• Your browser: your sign-in session and your last chosen team, game, season and dashboard filters, stored on your device only.

• Team film and data are private to your team members, according to their role. Film and thumbnails are never public.
• A guest coach sees only the clips a host team chose, for up to 7 days, through film links that expire after 10 minutes. Guests never see thumbnails or other team data.
• Guest recordings and notes are seen by the host team's coaching staff only.
• Approved coaches' name, photo, role, country, languages and bio appear in the Coach's Room directory to signed-in users. Email is never shown.
• The Endzone platform admin reviews coach applications, reports and contact messages, and manages team plans.

• Team data stays until the team deletes it or asks us to.
• Guest recordings are deleted 5 days after the guest submits, unless the host team saves them to its library, and straight away if the invitation is cancelled or declined.
• Saved review library limits: Free 1.00 GB, Pro 10 GB, Team 50 GB.
• Activity logs, reports and blocks are kept for safety while the team or coach account exists.
• Contact messages are kept while needed to answer you.

Host teams must get permission from a parent or guardian before uploading film of anyone under 18 or sharing it with a guest coach.

We use a cloud hosting provider to run the app, a database and file-storage provider to keep your data, and Google and Apple for optional sign-in. They process data only to provide these services.

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails. We send sign-in and account emails only. Coach's Room review emails may be added later; this policy will be updated first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing the address below. A team owner can also delete team film directly. See also the Terms of Use.
